"I met Brian for the first time at the end of 2004. After some discussion, I told him that I was planning to move to California, to join our children in the Bay Area. I was looking for a very specific house – one that was built on a flat lot, on a single level, with significant views of the Bay, a pool and somewhere in Tiburon. We wished each other happy holidays and I returned back East. In February 2005, I received a call from Brian telling me he found the home for me and that I had to take the next flight out to see it and buy it, if liked it. There was no time to spare. I took a look, called my wife and children and over a coffee at Starbucks defined the strategy to move forward. At noon time we presented the offer which was accepted the following day. The typical inspections and research came after and Brian was instrumental in procuring the experts and finalizing the deal with the sellers. We are now happily enjoying the home of our dreams. Brian was able to read us well and worked tirelessly toward our objective, which we admit, was not a simple one. Furthermore, there were changes that we wanted to make over time before moving in.
